Canyon Creek Apartments 50 Southridge Drive, Canyon, TX 79015

"My husband and I have rented apartments from FIMC for 20 years. We have lived in 4 different ones in 3 locations. We currently live at Canyon Creek. It's absolutely gorgeous here! Lots of trees, a creek that flows through the north side of the complex, and there is Hunsley Park on the west side. The pool is great and well kept up, as are the outside areas. There are large grassy places for kids to play or walk the critters and a sand volleyball court. Several bike racks and lots of parking. 2 laundry places on site as well. The staff has always been great! They are very helpful! The maintenance crew is fantastic and get to your needs as soon as they can, especially if you have a maintenance emergency! There is always someone who can come to your rescue in the middle of the night!!"

"We had applied for an apartment here, and the office staff were prompt and helpful. If we hadn’t found a home we would have chosen to live at Canyon Creek. Thankful for great staff!"

"I have lived here for a year and I have never been more thankful. The management helped me find the perfect apartment for my needs and are always willing to help when I call. My heater went out and they sent someone out right away and called to make sure I didn't have any more problems. They made me feel right at home and it's not often that apartments can do that. Would highly recommend!"

"I’d give negative stars if possible. I lived in the 409 27th st units. LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT MOLDY WINDOW UNITS AND ABSOLUTELY NO MAINTENANCE CARE AND TO BE SCREWED OUT OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. Canyon properties is absolutely neglectful and negligent to their tenets. Glad I only had to suffer SIX MONTHS. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. GO ANYWHERE ELSE."

"I have not enjoyed the year I lived here. My apartment had a permanent smell that would not leave (Believe me my roommate and I tried everything short of contacting a witch doctor). Whenever we would request something to be fixed it would take almost 2 months for someone to come and several times they would forget. Our last month (April) here we had received notice we hadn't been paying our entire bill since January. When my roommate asked why we hadn't received notice we hadn't paid they said "well it just kept pilling up" and when I asked why we hadn't received a notice saying we hadn't paid the entire bill they said "thats not our responsibility". If you're going to be requesting money from someone you're not going to let it "pile up". Take it from someone who wasted a year living here, look for somewhere else to live The only woman that is a nice here is Allyson."
