"I am by no means debunking everyone else’s troubles on here, but I thought I’d share mine. Since moving in here I’ve had a wonderful experience. The ladies at the office are real nice as long as your nice Everytime I’ve needed maintenance they have showed up same day. They’ve been excellent"

"The apartment complex was decent for a good price. However the manager Stephenie is extremely rude and have no idea what she’s doing or talking about. Me and my roommate had questions regarding our deposit and instead of handing off the phone to someone who knows, she stayed on the phone with me for over 10 minutes making excuses and changing her words as to why we were not given our whole deposit. For being the main manager, she’s pretty useless and unreliable. If y’all (future residents) have questions, I recommend you talking to Haley who is the assistant manager."

"I like being here. Its really quite and bills aren't terribly high. Everyone is quite and polite and I have neighbors on all sides of me and can't hear them unless I'm in the bathroom which is fine. I'm not sure what the other reviewer about the laundry is talking about. There isn't a laundry facility owned by the apartments(all apartments have private connections inside). There is one near by though, but it shouldn't warrant a bad review on the complex. I cant speak on the working of maintenance. The largest cons are the insulation sucks. Door is poorly sealed, Windows leak so bad that we have to constantly clean dust off the window sills, our window screens are either non existent or are torn up which sicks with a dog and I don't think they have any plans on fixing them. Also off leashed dogs and people who don't pick up after their dogs is ridiculously terrible. They say they have a rule against it, but people don't listen and management does nothing about it."

"Rude, Military government housing is better than this place. Nasty. Badly built. FIMC doesn't take care of this place at all. They forget about your many maintenance problems. Constantly have to remind them. Hard to get a nice person on the phone. Everyone is condescending yet they are incompetent. Stay away. Thankfully my work has taken me elsewhere and we have moved. Please consider other places in Canyon."

"There maintenance takes forever to show up even in emergencies (no AC on a hot summer day, the smell of gas, ect) extremely rude when you call the managers for maintenance repairs. I'm exact experience. After i had to wait a day for there maintenance guy to show up, he shows to tell me he doesn't know how to fix the A/C calls a A/C technician out. They fix the problem but when the apartments complex's maintenance guy was here he knocked out the pilot to the central heating. In return cause gas (carbon men-oxide) to be run through my A/C vents all throughout the night tell i realize it the following morning. dangerous? yes I'm surprised i woke up. I call the gas company and report the emergency when they arrive they are extremly concerned. They gave me the paper work on what the problem was. i take the paper work to my apartment complex (canyon crest) they then tell me they don't believe me. They will send there maintenance guy to check it out ( the guy who caused the bass leak throughout the night) i wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. Why live in a apartment complex that isn't concerned for there tenants well being."
