"Jessica at the front said we had to give her our benefits card because it wasn't in the system. This is just the image she is talking about. We have been here many times with the same insurance. Jessica claimed we couldn't upload it on MyChart later, at our convenience. That was a lie. Not very professional of Jessica to lie to patients."
"Horrible patient care. I had to cancel a physical I scheduled months ago because I had a fever and was not permitted to reschedule with excuse that Dr. Mitchell is now not accepting new patients. I was given several different stories between the scheduling department, the front desk, and the office manager as to why this happened. At the end of the day, if you can't keep that information straight, how am I supposed to trust you with my medical care?"
"Front office staff is as lazy as the day is long! I requested that they look up fax numbers on paperwork that had been turned in. They replied "Can't not our medical records." REALLY? It seems a google search would have produced that information much quicker than I could locate it using my phone."
"There are plenty of parking options. Wheelchair friendly parking and door access. They have an open wait area with a TV that plays cartoons for the kids. I arrived early and was taken to the back quickly. The doctor was friendly and explained different things and options to me thoroughly. Lab work is done in the same office. Overall, it was a good visit!"
"I took my daughter yesterday for her shots around 8:30 AM. Everything with the pediatrician was great. I have no complaints about her. She explained everything to me and listened to my concerns however, the nurse that took care of us, and took my daughters weight, and all of the information that she needed was not so friendly! My biggest issue with her is that she left my daughter unattended on the bed while I went to the restroom. Before she began I told her I had to use the restroom so that I can focus more as my daughter was getting her shots and she said OK well then I proceeded and went to the restroom and when I came back, I guess she heard me walking. I saw her rushing into the room where my daughter was mind you she’s only three months and yes, she can’t crawl yet, but she definitely can move and could’ve fallen. I’ve never ever written reviews, but that was upsetting! I did not say anything at the time because I didn’t wanna to cause any problems. Please be more cautious. That is not OK."
