"It won’t let me post another review, so here’s an update: I have been seeing Dr. Schroeder for maybe 9 months or so. Before seeing her, I was having lots of pain due to my hypermobility. She has helped me to relieve much of that in several different ways including a therapy she offers called AARP Neuro. My understanding of this therapy is that it helps you do the work you would get at PT to help strengthen muscles and reduce pain, but in a much shorter amount of time. I was having issues with my right shoulder including pain that made it hard to do laundry or even reach up into a cabinet. I have just completed my AARP Neuro therapy on my right shoulder and it is like night and day. I can use my shoulder again for everyday tasks without pain. It’s amazing! You should ask Dr. Schroeder about AARP and see how it might benefit you. Dr. Schroeder takes the time to fully examine you - I mean every detail. She has given me answers and a diagnosis that finally makes me feel validated and not crazy. I feel fully heard by a doctor for the first time.
