"Great service for quick visits! The clinician was very friendly and did a great job! The only thing I would recommend is that CVS space time slots out more so patients don't back up so fast and the nurse does not have to rush through patients. Great service otherwise!"

"The clinic technician Michelle Pena is a very rude person. I will never recommend anyone going to the clinic there. She has no compassion for anyone. I went there when I was sick and the kiosk said 15 minutes. When 15 minutes until appointment time I finished filling out paperwork. When I was completely done kiosk said no appointments were available any longer. I spoke with her and she said oh well to bad. I told her I was not feeling well that she needs to see me. And she said no and she shut the door even though no one else was there. Very bad customer service. And not very empathetic. Should not be in this position or profession. Not happy with her or CVS for having employees like her."

"Just had a medical examination by Angela Pena who is the NP/ doctor. She was excellent. Explaining every single details and lay out a recovery plan. Even better than my normal primary care. Really really knowledgeable & professional !"

"I had the worst experience at this minute clinic. The nurse was cold and unfriendly. I only wanted a COVID test but ended up being charged for a total of 4 services. I was almost positive that I had COVID, so that was the test I requested. I asked the nurse if there was a flu test in case my COVID test came back negative. I also asked multiple times if this test would be covered by insurance. I repeated that I wouldn't want it if it wasn't covered. I don't know what she was thinking, but she gave me both tests at the same time. How would it make sense for me to want both all at once? I called to discuss my bill but they couldn't change it for me because I gave my "consent" for the test, which I did not; I don't know how she got confused. I ended up paying nearly $200 just to get tested for COVID, which I was positive for. Partially my fault that I didn't know I would incur an automatic fee for an office visit. I was charged for a pointless flu test that I didn't even want."
