"Had my first appointment at the Humble location on 2/28. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful. After I finished all my paperwork, was called back, the nursing staff were very professional and courteous. Got my foot X-rayed, explained my symptoms, then put in a waiting room. Dr. Roberto De Los Santos showed up a reasonable time later, examined my foot, asked me questions about my symptoms then was able to make a diagnosis. He explained what was causing my foot pain and discussed a treatment plan and follow-up. He highly recommended a cortisone shot which I agreed would be a good start to relieving my pain. Received everything I needed to start my treatment plan, made a follow-up appointment on my way out, which total time was about one hour. Very good first impression and reassured me that I picked the right place for treatment. I would recommend the Humble location to anyone."

"Today I went in for my appointment at the Atascocita location and I must say the experience was absolutely great! It started with a warm welcoming from the receptionist who I did not catch her name, and it continued with the nurse assistant Carolyn who was very comforting and explained everything perfectly before doing anything as well as the treatment options before the doctor even came into the room which was also very good. I did not feel rushed by her when explaining the issues I was currently having which was an ingrown toenail that was badly hurting me. Next Dr. Mactavish came in and he was also great very easy to talk to and understanding of my current issues, I did not feel rushed explaining myself and he was very thorough on my treatment options as well as the follow up plan. They both did a great job to make sure the procedure done was painless and the patient care was absolutely outstanding!
