"I absolute loved Dr. Cara. She was so open to the vision therapy I had been doing and the fact that my eyes had improved greatly and needed a much lower prescription. She gave great advice to continue to help my eye health. The staff was so kind and helpful. I can’t wait to get my new glasses and as my eyes improve with vision therapy come in again in the next 6 months to get an even lower prescription! I highly recommend the vision department at Lone Star circle of care!!"

"Dr Essandoh is the only reason I still use LSCC. She is wonderful and truly cares for her patients. The front staff is awful. No customer service skills what so ever in each department. I never receive a warm welcome or feel valued as a patient. I have 4 children, so we are there several times throughout the year. I once waited in the reception area an hour and a half to been seen for a scheduled appointment. I had to ask the front desk "how much longer" 3 times. They should have been communicating with me if they were behind, but this seems to be normal behavior here. It's also very difficult to get an appointment. Hold times on the phone can take over an hour. The automated system attempts to give an option to press 1 to be called back, but the option rarely works. When it does, it takes several hours to get a call back and we often get disconnected (and LSCC doesn't attempt to call again). Sometimes it takes days to make a simple appointment. It's very disheartening to not feel valued when I am CHOOSING their business."

"My son had side effects of prescribed medication by mental health doctor from Georgetown LSCC. There is no way to contact anyone over the phone. A one-hour wait on phone only to be disconnected. This happened twice. The school counselor asked us to pick him up because he was disoriented, extremely sad and anxious. Lonestar Behavioral Health Doctors were nowhere to be found. Their billing department is borderline incompetent, as well. Will not be going back."

"I've brought my daughter here several times now recently when she got sick. She was severely ill for over a month because these people were unable to diagnose a very simple problem. Then when she went back to discuss it with them, they wouldn't even recognize their error."

"Took my daughter to the pediatrician's office. The waiting area wasn't exactly kid friendly. They had the Disney Channel on but no toys or play area to keep kids entertained. Luckily, the wait was nonexistent. Our appointment was at 410, got there at 345,and were called in before 4. The nurse and doctor were so nice and great with my daughter."
