"DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION or use physicians here! They are very inconsiderate people. Made appointment with Dr. Mansour for my wife’s broken wrist, drove over 45 minutes and showed up on time this Monday morning only find out that Dr. Mansour is not at office and if we would want to his Nurse Practitioner. Come on now, we did not make this appointment for important wrist fractured, and you want us to see nurse practitioner?? When a patient is late or cancel appointment or shows up late, we as a patients get penalized but doctors don’t keep their appointment don’t get penalized. The front desk lady has not have any sympathy either. We also paid the doctor’s fee in advance. So don’t pay doctor’s fee in advance either. These doctors and/or hospitals take your money but they don’t treat you like you are important. They don’t compensate for their mistake either and they make unreasonable amounts of money from insurance and patients like us. Doctors and Hospitals are getting away treating patients anyway they want to and I am just tired of it. These people have no respect for your time or your hard earned money! I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION IR USE ANY DOCTOR ASSOCIATED WITH THIS LOCATION. Simply awful service!!! BEAWARE!!!"

"The specialist I booked an appointment with didn’t even show up for the appointment. I had to see a nurse instead. The office made no attempt to alert me that the specialist wasn’t going to be there. I was told to show up 15 minutes early to fill out new patient info. There was no new patient paperwork once I arrived early. When I made it to the exam room I was asked for the reason I had come in even though an explanation had been provided online before the appointment. Somehow nothing we had done online was available at the office. The over all feel was one of a disjointed organization that made little to no effort to be professional. I felt like a burden for expecting the office to use the information gathered on their own website. I was forewarned of what time to show up, what paperwork I would be expected to fill out and who I would be seeing. None of which was accurate."

"The facility was up to date and clean. Big and open. The staff was kind, polite, empathetic and courteous. The nurse practitioner that helped my daughter through the process was so patient and kind and really supportive. The Dr took the time really explain what had happened and assured my daughter she would be back to normal in no time. The gentleman who put my daughters cast on was also kind and patient and really brought a great sense of humor to the room to ensure it was light hearted and filled with laughter. I hope no one gets hurt again but if they do this is where we will go!"
