"The customer service here is terrible. I called about 3 times to schedule an appointment for a vaccine and they kept saying call back on this day we are full. Then call back later we are full. Also the ladies on the phone each time we’re so rude and sounded like I was bothering them. Then when I call the day THEY tell me to call, they’re not taking anymore appointments for immunization. Like what ?? Terrible service. I went to Galveston County Health Department and loved it they were so nice and had awesome customer service . Do better Brazoria."

I was turned away the first time because they had a "training" so no one could be vaccinated after lunch. Heaven forbid they actually stick to their opening hours and not randomly close for arbitrary reasons."
