"In Austin from out of town. Called location, was directed to website to set up appointment…..within 5 minutes of completing Tom on line, I had an appt in 30 minutes. Arrived and was seen within10 minutes. Got tested for Strep and given prescription. This was an excellent experience for someone visiting from out of state."

"I wish I could give a zero to this clinic! The front desk/receptionist is awful, she didn't explain the billing correctly and I ended up paying $$$$. She only mentioned that she will be able to check what insurance covers after the services are provided- Are you not aware of basic services a patient would receive??? They are just trying to steal your money - STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC, IT IS SCAM SHOW HERE!!! The Doctor didn't even provide any prescription medicine. I told him how my symptoms were getting worse and a different CARE NOW location in the past. He looked at my history and then prescribed the same medicine! He mentioned that he can't prescribe cough suppressors until the patient asks for them which is so unheard of!! I will be filing a official complaint! I see way too many reviews and folks that had similar experiences"

"Pros: short wait - that’s about it! Cons: -Front desk didn’t know correct pricing and closed the terminal so we couldn’t pay in person… now we have to be billed. We all know how annoying it is to forget to mail a $35 check and it end up in collections. - NP prescribed me double the antibiotics than usual protocol for my issue… thanks Google for making me an advocate of my own health - Called the next day to get clarification on when I’ll receive my lab results and front desk said 3-5 business days, which makes no sense because the lab was to confirm I needed antibiotics in the first place. 3-5 days would be the tail end of the antibiotics. She then said same day if ordered STAT… I had to interrupt her to say “hey, I’m not asking about general rules, I’m asking about MYSELF”. She transferred me to the nurse who of course wasn’t available. Had to leave a message. I got a call back the next day and they said my lab results were negative. I had to ask for speak to the doctor because that made no sense for various reasons. I also had to ask whether or not to continue the medication. They said “it’s up to you”. They were going to let me continue antibiotics for no reason, double the protocol mind you. Seriously very poor medical care. Unless you know how to advocate for yourself, I don’t recommend this place. Waste of $200."
