A young and arrogant doctor refused to give me an orthopedic referral, forgot to order a sleep apnea test despite already being diagnosed, and attributed everything to my weight."

"I echo Kirby's sentiments. I came here in search of a new GP. BlueCross directed me here. In my initial visit, I was surprised at the lack of emphasis on preventative care. I got the opinion that my doctor wanted to be a gatekeeper for my health. After visits, I tried contacting the office for things like results from tests, and trying to make initial contact was extremely difficult. Getting a response from the doctor after the follow-up was equally as painful. I'll probably look into concierge medicine moving forward. This has made me lose faith in our health care system."

"The lack of respect from these doctors is something I’ve never experienced before. I have never had to defend a decade old treatment plan to such a degree that is beyond upsetting & uncomfortable. To those who are seeking a new GP, I wouldn’t chose this practice. Doctors are supposed to support you, nurture you, and help you. These doctors interrogate, over analyze & question the validity of your words. Choose elsewhere."
