"Would not consolidate follow up/lab review appointments to one day, this should not have to be done in multiple appointments, especially when I was referred to this doctor from my PCP and is over an hour away from me. Once they agreed that one appointment would be fine, I was rescheduled for 3 months later when I rescheduled before same week. Great Doctor, receptionist(s) needs training."
