I saw a dr in my network I wanted to try, but unfortunately I will have to go elsewhere - the billing office sound like scam artists."

"I went to this emergency clinic for a rare auto immune disease flare up that has been my worst yet. The team of doctors decided there was no need to be admitted, as I am experiencing symptoms that are debilitating. (It never fails that I end up admitted to any other hospital.) From my experience, I had a very uneasy feeling of the team being uneducated on this specific disease and not taking it into serious matters. (This was my second visit, second night in a row.)"

"Please don’t ever go here. I went in to establish myself as a new patient and got billed over $700. My husband went in for the exact same thing (same insurance) and got billed a little over $200. I still have not received an answer as to why, other than “the coding is correct.” I didn’t receive any medical advice, literally just updated my medical records. I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone who can tell me what happened here or resolve my issue. I like the mychart access, the facility, I liked the resident doctor who saw me… But their billing is an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else."

"I brought my daughter in. No insurance, cash visit. It was $280 to be seen. I told him over the phone that the school nurse sent her home suspecting strep throat. So I had the impression that the strep test would be included in the $280. When I was told I was not included. I asked what the total would be for the test and they told me they could not tell me the price, and then I will be billed. The Asian lady at front was not friendly or understanding at all. The nurses were positive and great, but that’s it. I will never return. Don’t take your kids here. Choose anywhere else."
