"After being informed by the Veterans Hospital Community Care department to call. Dr. Hinh's office for an appointment I made an attempt to call. I called several times then was placed on hold for ten minutes by an employee who identified herself as Mariah. After calling back again Mariah began assisting me. After informing me of the appointment of 10-5-2022 she asked for my insurance information. When I told her I was instructed by the VA Community Care she again put me on hold. When she returned to the call Mariah stated that they did not accept the VA program because I was out of network. I asked for another employee due to her rudeness and obvious lack of knowledge. Once again I was placed on hold for several minutes. I had to call back and talked to another employee who also stated I was out of network. If this is the way Veterans are treated then I don't want to be cared for by this medical practice. I highly recommend that anyone choosing this care facility reconsiders their options."

"My appointment was above and beyond excellent. From the front office staff, to nurses, scheduling and doctor were all amazing. Everyone greeted me in a kind, caring professional manner. I felt very comfortable throughout my appointment. Martha is a true professional."

"Dr. Hinh is great, very professional and caring and patient. The staff is very professional and effective. It's a pleasure going here. I did have a mishap in that they forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy after my visit. I had to call them 4 days later to ask them to get the prescription sent over to the pharmacy. Just check that after your visit. Otherwise, it was a great visit. Thanks."

"Dr Duff was my on call OB during an emergency situation due to after birth complications at Pearland Medical Center. Not only did she make me feel comfortable during a very scary time for me, I trusted her confidence in the diagnosis and resolution. I see a lot of negative reviews, but I went with her after that incident as my permanent OB I liked her so much! She's honest and to the point!"
