"Today my son had an appointment at 10am. Got there on time, went in the room at 10:03 and rn is 10:59... nobody had come to the room to check on him...Dr. was supposed to be online with us at 10am... not even online they can be responsible!!!! What kind of professionalism is this???? As I write these review I'm walking the halls seeing that the rooms are pretty much empty... I dnt recommend this place for your children. Take them where they really care about professionalism and responsibility... if this is big lack. Imagine the rest of the service..."

"The front office staff is not good at Communication, customer service, and answering the phones. They never faxed over my son’s referral,when they said they did.They also did it to another parent that went the same day I was there for his appointment. She caused a scene at the front desk also.kudos to her maybe I shoulda done that. they need to work on their customer service. How can you run a business and have poor office staff."

"worst pediatrician place ever. Literally just walked out because we waited 5 HOURS and we had an appointment . This hasn’t been the first time . My toddler was frustrated just being in a square room just for a check up. After my second baby was born I went the day after and i had to leave because i heard the doctor discussing with the receptionist that why are they adding children to her schedule and that she hadn’t took a lunch. I completely understand i work a 9-5 and i take my lunch, but why do appointments if yall don’t have the doctors to attend . Everytime we’ve gone different doctors see us . Not reliable at all . This was the last straw NEVER returning again , make sure too choose your pediatrician wisely ."

"Level of care is good. However, even if you have an appointment be prepared to have a visit of at least two hours. This is the third visit for my grandson and we have waited for at least two hours for the completion of a visit. There is no one waiting and there was only one person ahead of our scheduled visit. I’m thinking this clinic needs new management to be efficient. Thank the Lord we do not have jobs right now. This long of a visit could cause the loss of jobs easily. Get it together people!"
