"Do not trust them . I got stuck with a 1,000 bill . Due to there negligence. I then got shafted for 45 overdraft charges when they failed to chang my account information. Avoid them save yourself the headache. Horrible customer service!!!!"

"My second time there was a great experience. Dr. Lin quickly discerned my issues and developed a treatment plan to begin helping me right away. The office is well decorated, and the sleep study rooms look welcoming and comfortable. The staff was polite and respectful. I feel like I'm in good hands now."

"Called and left a message several weeks ago (after nobody picked up during normal business hours), call was never returned. Several calls since have gone unanswered, and the voice mailbox is always full so can't leave another. Drove by the building one weekend, nothing on the door saying they're closed temporarily or out of business, but I'm not interested in any business this bad at something as simple as talking to you. Recommend you find another provider."

"Be aware if you were granted a virtual appointment with any of the Doctors in this office they are collectively no longer accepting or honoring any virtual appointments even for something as simple as compliance. They are also not notifying patients that their virtual appointment is no longer being honored. I had an appointment on the books for August that was created in May or June. I did not ask for an August appointment, that was all that was available. I was also NOT informed when making that appointment that the virtual status would possibly not be honored. The office is claiming Everyone has been informed and was informed at the time their virtual appointment was scheduled. Which is NOT true. I live 4+ hours away and cannot come in person for a 15 minute compliance visit."
