"Dr. Frank Betanski is the worst Dr I have ever seen, and he does not care if you live or die as long as he gets paid. We brought my son there for a flu test and we were told by the doctor as soon as the results came in if my son had the flu he would send the medicine request to the pharmacy. Test came back with the flu and no meds were sent. We called and requested they be sent and still no meds, I went back to the clinic the same day before they closed and he was already gone and had never even tried to look at the test or cared to send over meds to the pharmacy. Next day I tried to be reasonable and give time to send over meds but at 12:30 no meds were sent I went back to the clinic to find that the doctor was not coming back till Tuesday and my son with a fever of 101 and rising would be stuck out. Another doctor had to be contacted to send over the meds or my son would probably be dead from no care and a fever over 104 as his temp was steadily rising to that number. Do not see Dr. Frank Betanski he will let you and your family die and not care."

"Took my 67 year old disabled wife here to check out a wrist that was possibly broken, since they advertise “walk ins” and pride themselves on being the alternative to an actual hospital. Idiot lady at the counter looked at her and said “sorry we are only taking appointments!” Guess what? My wife has a medical condition that costs her insurance (BCBS-Federal) around $325k a year to treat, and they pay her doctors without question. So we’ll just let St David’s have that instead of you snobby jerks. Will never darken their doorways again."

"From the front desk receptionist, to the person on the phone who helped address my questions while we were on the phone, (Her name was Mandi sp?) Everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. I know stress mgmt must be difficult to maintain in the medical field while maintaining a sense of compassion and not losing your mind to rude people, but the folks here were able to accomplish it! Its so important to feel like a human and not a number and frankly it is rare to ever be treated with kindness at medical facilities rather than feel rushed. Everyone here answered my questions with patience and attentiveness. When you feel super sick and finally drag yourself to the doctor it is just horrifying when workers make you feel even worse. Thanks for making me feel relaxed and taken care of."
