"Horrible wait time on the phone. Absolutely hate calling. Have had to write, call, and send messages via portal to find out months later that my Dr no longer even works there! Nobody told me. No one sent a letter about my follow up care or anything. Bad customer service. Not enough phone lines or staff at PNC!! The 2 most recent receptionists at OakHill have been around forever despite all the complaints; How they haven’t been fired is beyond me!! They are so incredibly crass, dry, curt, rude and inattentive! I was so pleased that they finally had good staff at the reception but now that sweet, sweet lady is gone! They probably ran her off! Now it’s those 2 clowns up at the front again. How do they allow sisters to work together? Anyhow? Isn’t that nepotism or at least a conflict of interest!? Community care must be desperate for staff because they hire the rudest people, who have no customer service skills!! Don’t they pay attention to patient reviews!? Phone is never answered and MAs don’t even want to reply to messages sent to them. Receptionists are answering patient messages when they are not qualified nurses to call Patients about RX refills and lab results. How does this place get away with it!? But SA is the worst in comparison. They really need to focus on better staff and higher pay. But more than anything more ONC staff for answering calls and bilingual staff, eso. Drs, MAs and nurses."
"I have just called this location as a new patient to set up an appointment and the receptionist that answered was very disgruntled and after giving my last name and informing him I was not a patient he dropped the F bomb. I do not know how this is acceptable at any doctors office especially one specializing in mental health. Incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable way to deal with individuals, DO NOT RECOMMEND."
"I’ve been very happy with my psychiatrist, but my primary care physician never had time to take care of all my medical issues. She’s very nice, but IMO she is overbooked. I waited 3 months for one appointment & she cancelled the day of. Waited 2+ months for next appointment but she didn’t have time to discuss several of my health issues, do a Pap smear or write orders for a mammogram. She wanted me back in 4 weeks, but her next opening is in May. (This is February.) 2 wks ago I called & left message that I needed antibiotics for a URI. They never called back. Yesterday I left a another message. No response. I called again at 3pm today & was told by staff that I would have to come in. Next appointment was in May. They would not send me a RX for antibiotics even though I’ve been a patient for 3 years. The person I spoke with was.VERY rude. After I hung up I found myself a new doctor outside the CC system. I’m done."
"Once you can finally get an appointment (it took me 6 months) the staff there is very nice. I always do have to wait too long to be seen and especially for lab work. The worst thing is you cannot contact the clinic for any reason. You have to call their service which often takes more than 10 minutes on hold (I have held more than 30 minutes) to actually talk to a human. They then take your message and hopefully (but definitely not always) the staff at Oak Hill returns your call. Prescription refills are a joke. I went through a horrible withdrawal from an antidepressant because communication with these clinic was almost non-existent. I do like the staff at the clinic but communication has to be greatly improved."
