Baylor Scott & White Clinic - Georgetown

"I have been a patient at BSW for three years. Until recently I have been happy with them. However, I was seen over a week ago for an ear infection at the walk in clinic , because my doctor is totally booked up always. I was given a strong medication that was to be taken for a week. After four days of continued pain, I called and was told, keep taking Tylenol and that’s it. Today I called again and explained that I am now on the last day and still in pain . I just got a call and was told to go back and be seen at the same walk in clinic! Are you serious. I am going back to Austin Regional a clinic. Very poor follow up!"
