"Dr. Recavarren Abarca is the BEST! She was so kind and patient. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to doctor appointments and she was very reassuring and very informative in my care plan. She didn’t just try to rush me out the door and answered any questions I had as well as be very thorough with the exam. The nurse and front office were also very friendly!"

"I have been seeing Dr. Torres as my PCP since I moved to Pearland a few years ago. Communication via EverydayWell portal with NP is always on point. I tend to schedule my wellness in advance; however, never have problem to be seen the same day for acute issue. Dr. Torres is great but Dr. Talati is also thorough. Haven't had to wait for more than 20 min passed appointment time. Waiting room & facility are clean & well kept. No issue with staffs. Parking is free."

"A few weeks ago I scheduled a new patient appointment for the end of august to see Dr. Telati. About a week later I receive a call from the office saying she will no longer be there for the day of my appointment. I was not upset because they called early enough in advance. Right then I rescheduled my appointment for today at 1:30, and have since then received an email confirmation and a call to confirm (they had to leave a voicemail since I could not answer at work). I arrive at the office 30 minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork. The receptionist had asked for my information to check in and then says that they tried to call me yesterday to have me reschedule since the dr does not see patients at 1:30 anymore. I expressed my frustration since I did not receive a call, voicemail nor email from the office. The receptionist claims that it would not let her leave a voicemail even though I do not have a full voicemail box. I asked to be put for the next available appointment and she says it isn’t until mid October. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of respect of their patient’s time and will not be making a future appointment here."

"I have been looking for a new physician in the area.. I scheduled an appointment online as a new patient for Dr. Saul Torres on July 20th at 1pm. I wasnt able to get in until August 24th. I did expect that it would be a few weeks or more as a new patient. I did not expect to be called today at 4pm to confirm the appointment just to be told he only sees new patients at 7:20am. I requested a half day off work and I'm just expected evening before to take the 7:20am. I scheduled online so if he only sees new patients at 7:20am than why was 1:00pm available. Why wouldn't I been able to be seen when I have a 1pm with him already? Why reschedule an appointment as a new patient when I've already done that over a month ago. I have two emails since July 20th when I first scheduled to remind me of my appointment. In the notes of that email are instructions for new patients to arrive 30 minutes early. Why are those notes there under my 1:00pm appointment? I canceled the appointment and glad I found out early how he treats patients and their time."
