"It's damn near impossible to find a medical practice that understands full on lifestyle medicine, but Dr. Kolte's practice definitely does. I adopted plant based eating, meditation, and exercise on my own and successfully reversed my heart disease (against doctor's orders) but have found most doctors just aren't interested in lifestyle changes or don't believe it is possible.
