"Scheduled a visit and showed up 6-8 minutes late to find out they had canceled my appointment. I sat in the waiting area for 40 minutes and the woman seeing patients just ignored me. I had to drive 30 plus minutes to get there and I got caught by traffic. They could have at least called me. I don’t plan to use minute clinics after this bad experience"
"the service was truly outstanding! I had a few vaccinations to get, and the nurse (I regrettably forgot her name) was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly professional and couldn't have been more helpful throughout the entire process"
"I had a very worst experience with Ashley- physician assistant. She didn’t know how to address the patient and how to diagnose at all. For the whole time she was with her computer and didn’t gave any answers to my questions. Simply she told me to go with over the counter medication without even diagnosing my issues"
"06/02/2023 appointment time 2:20pm Location West Parmer Lane My husband made an appointment because I cut my finger, and figured it wouldn't take long. When I showed up at my appointment time, and about to sign in. Without examining my situation I was told by the doctor on staff that she couldn't stitch my finger because it was too close to the tendons on my pinky finger, and that she refers everyone with cuts such as mine to the emergency room across the street She recommended we go there. At that point we decided to just head to ARC In which they told me I didn't need stitches. They cleaned it up, and bandaged it up, and sent me home with cleaning solution to care for it. Now my question is why couldn't they do that???? I will not be coming back to this location or any CVS clinics, or will recommend anyone"
"I was late by 5 mins for my appointment because I was on crutches due to recent Achilles surgery. It takes time for me to get down stairs and in/out of my vehicle. The nurse was not in the area when I got there. When she got back a couple mins later, she said my appointment was cancelled and to book appt again for later in the day (all time slots were fully booked for the day). There were no other patients waiting at that time. So the nurse can go out for breaks within 5 mins of scheduled appt time but the patient gets sent home because he is 5 mins late? It's almost as if she doesn't want to see patients and waiting for a couple mins so she can cancel the appointments. Complete lack of empathy for patients condition (crutches) and the long distance patient has taken to reach their clinic. The first practitioner in the world who couldn't adjust their time by 5 mins to treat me despite no other patients waiting around."
