"Very unprofessional! It took me a month to schedule the vaccine for two elderly with sever conditions through their online scheduling. I booked this in December and today I went there and they are simply closed bc of MLK day. Why dont you send a text message or sthg and let people know. I had to drive 1 hour to get there to vaccinate my parents and no ones there to answer your questions. I have printed appointment and text message that says today is my schedule and they simply just shout down. UPDATE 1/25/2021: I also emailed them via the email they provided and someone called me and asked me for the detail of my issues and they told me its impossible to have an appointment when the clinic is closed, so they asked me to send them the appointment details/links and text messages that I received. I went ahead and emailed theme everything. They never got back to me after than. When you make a booboo , have enough curtesy to fix it or just say sorry. Not every organization have that in Houston."
