"Horrible experience at the front desk area. Appointment at 330pm and showed up at 3:33 pm due to an accident. Had to wait in line due to people in front of us at reception and when finally checked in at 3:40 we were told we wouldn’t be able to be seen due to them double booking an appointment after us. Lobby was completely empty and soonest appointment after this was a month away when we needed refills on medication soon. Absolute joke of a policy to deny people when they are a late by a few minutes (I would understand more if it was 30+) especially when we had to wait to check in due to their only being one receptionist checking in multiple people. Avoid this place and their backward policies."

"I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I go in to see Angela Morton (PA-C) on Wednesday with cough, fever and chills. They take swabs and I still haven't seen results after 24 hours. My whole family is sick today (Thursday). My husband and two kids. I call to schedule appointments. They can see one kid and that's it. I apparently need three appointments and they don't have any more today. They cannot work in my husband and my other kid even though they all have the exact same symptoms as I have had last three days. I speak to the doctor on call today (Dr. Jacqueline Angerstein) who suggests I find a different provider and cuts the call! Shame on you! You have forgotten what it is to be a care provider and exist only to make money. I will not be going back here again. Heed the other 1 star reviews. They are definitely only for profit and not truly interested in providing any care. I easily got in at a different facility for all three family members within the same half hour appointment slot."

"Customer/front desk service at this location is one the most unprofessional and unapologetic I have encountered. After ~1.5 years as a patient at this location, I am unfortunately establishing care elsewhere due to consistent miscommunications and lack of accountability from the staff. Particularly disappointing as a long standing BSW patient."

"If you can overlook some of the headaches everywhere is experiencing with personnel, Paige was phenomenal for PT and just a great person all around. She saw me after shoulder/bicep surgery and with her help, my recovery was ahead of schedule. She genuinely cared and knew her stuff. She also could pinpoint my personality and help me hold back in order to not injure myself again. I would highly recommend Paige for your PT needs. She was professional with every encounter and wanted to ensure that I was progressing and doing the various exercises properly. She was prompt for each appointment so my waiting was very limited. Again, highly recommend!"

"My first time here and I love it! Amazing people running the place, very friendly and they make you feel right at home. I was amazed at how well they do this eventhough they were running low on staff at this location. Doctor Shulman is amazing, can't do for a better PCP. Usually weekdays are free with no wait at all. The place is super clean and well maintained and the clinic chain is well renowned and well rated. I'll definitely go back for my annual checkups and emergencies. If you are looking for a PCP or a health clinic, you will love BSW. They even have an app to keep track of everything. Enough parking available outside the clinic."
