"THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO COME TO WHEN YOU NEED MEDICAL ASSISTANCE!!! Stay away from this location , my mother in law came in to get her back checked due to her back was hurting for the last 2 days and they took her in, she went in at 10:30 am! They told her to wait in a room she was there for 5 hours !!! That's insane I can't believe how in responsible these people are ! I will never recommend this clinic to no one at all !!! I hope they close this clinic because this is bad service my wife had to take her mother to a different clinic that took her in less than 10 minutes!!!! This is outrageous I WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION !!!"

"Don't waste your time coming here. Please try any other PA bc this place is a joke esp the simple minded receptionist. They are the worse. Please don't not come here for any follow ups or visits. Receptionist should be in a circus working."

"Beware Medicaid Patients! Medical diagnostic fraud. In 2015 I went to see Emma Cid a cardiologist. She did heart testing.She ordered me a heart monitor device. But it never came. I contacted the company and they never shipped it. But billed Medicaid.She also had an attitude asking me about confidential things like my psychiatric records."

"The waiting time is too long and they trying to see too many patients at the same time which is wrong. They tell ya to be there on time but at least u have to wait for hours to get in the echo testing room then another 45 minutes to do the echo test which is horrible. I will not come here anymore."

"This facility is so poorly operated that I can’t believe that this is an accredited institution. I called this facility to make an appointment and I had questions for follow up - a woman who claimed to be the office manager hung up on me! She was rude throughout the entire process but hanging up on me was so absurd to me. I’ve been living in the Houston area for many years and have never come across such behavior from a medical facility. Highly disappointed in my experience and would not recommend anyone to be seen here."
