"Everything from the moment I called to schedule the appointment to leaving after bloodwork was drawn I give a 10 out of 10. Everyone made a very stressful time for us easier. From scheduling being super helpful and also allowing me to talk with a nurse to make sure I was going to the proper doctor, to the nurse being extremely patient and informative and encouraging. Then once we stepped in the building it was easy to check in and the staff was friendly. The nurse that took us back was extremely friendly helpful and made us feel comfortable. The doctor was absolutely fantastic and will be my son new primary care physician. He listened to all of our concerns and addressed each one of them. He was patient, and extremely informative. He did not dismiss any concerns we had and agreed we should perform test to rule out anything serious. We at no time felt like a number or rush to get out of the visit, that is very hard to find these days. We were able to go directly to get blood work done in the office and they were quick and very professional. I give this vist and clinic outstanding reviews, definitely a 10 out of 10 for everything"
"We love our Doctor and his MA. If we can’t get in to see Dr. Michell Walton we don’t go. Which only happens sometimes if I’m trying to schedule appointment for the day of. They are worth the wait unless of course it’s an emergency than we will just go to the ER. And when we do get in to see Dr. Walton there is never a wait. They always get us checked in and in a room within minutes. Great place! Great staff! No complaints just all compliments from the time you arrive until you walk out the door! Couldn’t ask for a better office visit!! Thank you Wilson Park ARC!!"
"This Recognition goes out to my pcp Doctor Sean Coughlin, who was my Dr.for 5 years here in Austin Texas. As I Relocate to the State of California I want this Organization to know he was Professional Knowledgeable Patience kind Caring and would sit down and talk to you like a human being then treating you like just another number you don't see doctors like that anymore. I grew up in the 60s. Military family of 3wars seem a lot in life I Pray I find another good Dr like him. Please let him know he was Appreciated. Also his new M.A. name "Carol" was also just Awesome God bless y'all and Goodbye !!!"
"I've been a patient at ARC regional medical clinic for a year and have generally had positive experiences with the friendly and caring staff. I appreciate my child's doctor, the laboratory team, and the welcoming front desk staff. However, my recent visit took a negative turn when a lady with curly hair and glasses at the front desk was exceptionally rude. Despite being a few feet away, she snapped at me about not being ready and conveyed, in a disrespectful manner, that the doctor was an hour behind schedule. This was especially disheartening as my main concern is my child's well-being. It's crucial for such incidents to be addressed for a more consistent and positive patient experience at the clinic."
"We went here for my daughter's well child visit. We normally go to another ARC but due to scheduling issues with my child's primary doctor, we took an appointment here. The doctor and nurse we saw were perfectly fine, but the receptionists were weirdly unprofessional. The line was virtually non existent, but they kept us waiting, and seemed distracted by unimportant things like decorations for the lobby. When they finally got to us, they gave me a form to fill out with questions that seemed more tailored to teenagers and older children (instructing the child to fill it out, not the parent, with questions that are not applicable to babies). Cue my confusion because my daughter is not even 1! I understand that receptionists can receive a lot of grief from constant phone calls and tough patients. But I was just wholly unimpressed with this ARC location's intake process."
