"I came here a few times and it has been the least helpful experience for me. It's hard to schedule an appointment and when I eventually scheduled one, it was usually a in and out 10mins appointment. They would not give me an antibiotic refill for my strep throat and instead asked me to come to the office. Not surprised, it was a 3min check and then refill, and later on a $135 bill for basically a medicine refill. Overall, it's inconvenient and the quality is poor. I highly recommend to look for another place for family doctor."
"The check in experience was ok and my experience with the doctor was fine. Everything in between was unbelievably poor, and I won’t be returning. I was very ill and asked to put on a mask and get additional testing at the other end of the building. I was asked to drive to the other side entrance of the building where they would be expecting me. I waited in my car for over 20 minutes and nobody came to get me. I had forgotten my cellphone, so I drove back to the front desk to ask if they could call on my behalf again and let the staff know I was there waiting to be let in for testing and for my original appointment. They said they would and told me to go back and wait by the door. I waited by the side door as instructed, knocking, for over 20 minutes IN THE RAIN, WITH THE FLU, a fever, and trying not to throw up, when the door finally opened for someone to leave. The staff at the door was totally confused as to who I was and why I was there. They said the confusion was because I didn’t have my cell phone. But, if the front desk was calling on my behalf as they said they were, I don’t see what difference the phone used made? To top it off, another person came and asked if I still wanted to be seen by the doctor?! No wonder all the doctors are leaving with such stellar administrative processes in place."
"Hello everyone! I have been going to this clinic since my baby was born...today she is 7 months old and there has not been a moment when they have not taken care of my baby...especially I have had the greatest help from Yadira. She is really an extraordinary person, she has charisma, she is sweet and incomparable. She also speaks Spanish, which has allowed me to feel comfortable with the doctors. The doctors are fantastic, but she is the one who makes the difference because of the way she is. We have been in this country for 10 years and I have never found anyone who has given me peace of mind on the medical side. She should be there forever. On my last visit she told me that she might not be able to go on and it broke my heart... I don't know why because she was very secretive, but whatever the reason, you should consider working with her. I wish you could appreciate her as a person and a hard worker for all that she brings to you and the patients. Besides the fact that she is bilingual and like I said an exceptional person! I can attest that she deserves everything for her work and many patients would be very happy to see her continue. I hope my small voice reaches your hearts! "Yesterday, Jan 30, 2023, I tried to call the ADC Steiner Ranch office and was told there was a 5 min. wait or I could leave my telephone number and receive a callback. I decided to wait. After ten minutes or more my line was disconnected. I called back and got the same message. This time I left my phone number so the operators at the desk could call me back. No one from ADC returned my call. This is no way to run a business! Who is in charge of incoming calls? Who is in charge of callbacks? Is there anyone in charge of the front desk? I am completely frustrated by the lack of a response. Do the doctors know that patients attempting to reach them are being neglected? I suggest management review this outrageous situation and correct it ASAP. (I just attempted to send this to you and got a notice to 'try again' something is not working! This is an understatement!!!
