"Doctors and Staff Lack Empathy and Common Sense Me and my wife’s experience with creekside was frustrating. We've been patients since before COVID was a thing. When COVID came my wife happened to be pregnant. There were two occasions during her pregnancy where she got sick and needed a doctor consult to proscribe her medications that were safe for her and the baby. Creekside would not prioritize seeing my pregnant wife and told us on both occasions that they were booked and couldn’t see her for two weeks or more. I understand my wife isn’t the center of the universe. But I found it upsetting that a woman who’s sick and can’t take over the counter meds to help with symptoms because she pregnant wasn’t prioritize ahead of other patients who could. The doctors and staff, from our experience, lacked empathy for our situation."

"Staff is perfect. Dr. Qureshi doesn’t seem to read his messages or understand patient issues unless you explicitly tell him. Otherwise he’ll send you to get blood tests for things you never asked for. Do your research before coming in and advocate for your needs!"

"Dr Qureshi and medical staff are wonder but patient management is atrocious. I’ve never been able to make an appointment over the phone. They keep directing me to online scheduling but that doesn’t answer the question of what is the soonest appointment. Every year I’m tempted to find another practice because it’s infuriating to get seen. If you’re healthy and don’t need to come in except for an annual then I think it’s fine. But if you have other issues, you’re better off somewhere else."

"This place cancelled on me 3 time. They always called last minute to cancel, twice on the day of appointment and one on the day before. They could have called me sooner and don’t need to wait until the last minute. Besides all I need is getting blood draw for annual, they could just send an order for me to go to any lab for it! I don’t care how many good reviews they got, I am done wasting my time here."

"New Patient. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Nursing staff were courteous and thorough. Dr. Quereshi was very thorough in reviewing my medical history and current issues. Appointment was Wednesday at noon and by Thursday afternoon all prescriptions were ready. Also two referrals to other Doctors for current issues were addressed with set appointments. Very comforting with this type of attention. Thank you."
