"I.. I'm done. I'm done with this clinic. I'm done. To start, I used to love this place. Almost 2 years ago I think I started coming here, my first doctor was amazing. She discovered a condition I had, cared, and helped me start treating it. I miss her. She left a few months or so after I started my treatment and I got stuck with another doctor. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and I did. I wish I didn't. Like the 2nd round with her, it was OK, she wasn't as genuine and kind like the last doctor and I noticed she was always late getting to the appointments. Like 30 minutes or so. And I'm a very punctual person, I even show up early because I understand what it's like to have the consideration for a schedule. So I'd be waiting even longer. Then I had an issue with my hips and wanted a referral for a physical therapist, well she wanted me to get an x-ray. However she didn't tell me where to go and where to schedule it nor did the people at the desk but wanted to schedule a follow up for it? Which made no sense. I got no call for the x-ray which i had thought maybe there would be and thats what was insinuated.. So I just dropped it and canceled the follow up. Not to mention they're very confusing with their blood work as they just send you down to the quest diagnostics room, with no instructions, you just go into this office that only has a kiosk with a screen and no person to ask questions. Very confusing, I figured it out but I could only imagine how someone with less tech expertise must feel. The final straw was today, I had a telehealth appointment to go over results. I was 15 minutes early to it like the text said to be so I could fill out the questionnaire. And then I'm waiting... 45 minutes pass. I call the office. They say to give her a bit longer, dunno how much longer a bit is but to just wait a bit longer, and I do. I rejoin the telehealth session after I get off the phone and nothing. About 15 minutes have passed I call again. She's done and ready to see me. She'll call me. I even rejoin the telehealth just to see if maybe she's there. Wait about 5 minutes or so and nothing. It's been about 50 minutes now since this has all happened. I've already moved on to a different clinic and I'll have my records moved over as well. I'm not going to drop the doctors name just so they don't get blasted. But this clinic NEEDS to stop over scheduling. Or something. Because the lack of care from being overwhelmed with too many patients can be felt by the patients I hope you do realize this. Also the vague information on where to go to get things done and how, like diagnostics and ultrasounds, needs to be heavily clarified. It's insanely unprofessional that this clinic is handled like this and I can only hope others are having a better experience than I did."
"I’ve been coming here for years, however my Doctor moved across the hall to their other suite 208. The ladies at the front were terribly rude, didn’t know how to check their system, were loudly trying to ask me to share my personal info across the waiting room rather than call me To the desk. Couldn’t find my appointment I made online and kept saying it was me. I did get seen but way later than my appointment time due to their lack of knowledge and ability and being grossly rude and incompetent. I only continue coming here because it’s close to home but after today I definitely may be switching doctors."
"It was hard getting an appointment I had been trying since March to see Dr Adi and provided all my information and never received a call for an appointment. 3 months later I called and got an appointment I asked if there were any forms that needed to be filled out prior to my arrival and the scheduler said no. Upon my arrival I had 8 pages to fill out and 6 months I waited to see the Dr and ended up being seen by his nurse practioner. She was excellent very knowledgeable but for my first time being a new patient it would have been nice to see the doctor himself. I have a follow-up in a week to see him. Hopefully he will show up this time. I was referred by my sister and mother who have been long rime patients of his. My original Dr retired and I was looking for one closer to me."
"So this Dr. office is a joke! My mother has a brain aneurysm. This is a serious condition that can easily kill her. After a stay at the hospital, she was diagnosed with the aneurysm . The Dr. From the hospital needed to see her to run tests and schedule a surgery immediately due to the fact it was life-threatening!! This office refused to give her a referral so she could be seen! Then, after a lot of arguing, they gave her an appointment a month out!! At this point the neurologist called the office to explain how she can easily die if they don't hurry up and write the referral. They DIDN'T CARE ABOUT MY MOTHERS LIFE!!!!!! We had to take her back to the hospital to skip the office visit to save her life!! Now needing a follow-up appointment post surgery, the office still can't figure out how to properly write a referral with the correct codes. This office is great if you have the sniffles, but if you actually need real medical attention, you might really want to find an office where they are competent!!! It's just sad that a person's life is just so carelessly cared for by their Dr and staff. This place needs some serious training beyond how to count money!"
"I've searched for years to find a good primary care doctor that would take the time and cover all the bases with my health issues. Dr. Jamal is so very kind and caring. He is very thorough with my appointments. Takes time to explain everything in detail and doesn't treat me like another number. The staff is so very kind and caring. The service is wonderful and they even call to check up on me! I'm so happy I finally found a doctor that cares! 10/10 would recommend!"
