"Had an appointment at 920 and hour passes and I barely get seen for temperature and BP check. Lady was unwelcoming and rude. Waited longer and had to leave. Communication would be nice when you are that behind. Very unprofessional"

"This was my 1st time coming to one of the minute clinics and i have to say it was a lot more pleasant of a visit than I would have expected. The staff was friendly, inviting, helpful, and non judgmental so you actually wanted to tell them the truth, lol. I will be coming back!"

"The most inefficient Covid test I have had. You have to wait in line in your vehicle, which subjects you to however slow the person in front of you is. But they didn't even start communicating with him for several minutes. You can't go in for your test, so you are hostage to their inefficiency and unfriendliness. Frankly I don't think the person behind the glass was even watching me, so I could have mimed the swab, and my test would come back negative. I called the store to ask if I was in the right location and was transferred to their call center in India (that's what it sounded like). I will start looking for better locations for Covid testing. Even the one I went to outside in the winter was better than this."

"I read the info available online prior to going and decided to go as a walk-in. I was in need of medical assistance and my primary care physician was booked for 2 weeks. I completed the information required on the kiosk and waited to be called. I expected there would be some wait time since they are providing medical service and was okay with this especially since my doctor was unavailable. The nurse practitioner was very thorough, efficient and professional. I decided to go ahead and get my meds there rather than having to go to another pharmacy to wait and pick up."
