"The front desk person was nice and polite. Everything else was incredibly below par. We were third person there at 8am....and did not see the PA until 10:30am. And this is an Urgent Care not an ER...so it was not like the 2 in front of us were critical care patients. And the PA on staff was condescending and at the end of appt absolutely no help/solutions. I will never visit this Urgent Care again. I will wait for St Elizabeth Urgent to open on Monday morning next time."

"I have been to this urgent care twice since it has opened and I am so happy to know I finally have a location nearby with great service each time. The first time (in September) my daughter was attended by PA Renee Madden and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by all of the questions she asked to determine what could be causing her illness. Our concerns were heard and a solution was provided. Renee was amazing and patient and even provided her contact should we have any concerns or questions. I returned to this location again on Sunday (had to come twice in a day), my daughters were attended by PA Anakaren Garza and she was also amazing, heard my concerns and provided a treatment plan. I’d also like to mention the medical assistant, who I unfortunately don’t have the name for, but she has been the same one to greet and do vitals for each time we have gone. She is super sweet and even remembered our faces the third time! Despite booking the last appointment that day which is 30 min before closing, we were not rushed and I am grateful for this staff! I truly recommend this place as I have had a great experience each time I have gone."
