Reviews of Harris Health Smith Clinic
"My wife has had issues over the past year with even being able to pay for her medications. Luckily, today(3/1/24), that has all changed. The pharmacy here is AMAZING! They not only filled all 3 of her prescriptions in a relatively short manner of time, but didn't even charge her a dime! This place is amazing! Highly recommended!"
"I had a telephone conversation with Dr. Patel at the Smith Clinic in Endocrinology. She was very kind and answered all of my questions. She took time with me. Now for the people that you deal with the MYCHART messages, they are the rudest people. I am not sure why one can use my chart messages if we can get the rude responses, half responses, snide responses and just plain incorrect information when I use this form of communication. They also have the ability to turn off the reply button so you can no longer communicate with them. These are not professional people at all, and I will be forced to find another Endocrinologist outside of Harris Health."
"Going in to get a CT Scan. Was informed right away that they were behind schedule by about 2 hours. I had nothing to do that would be interfered with so I chose to wait. Wait....turned out to be only about 40 minutes beyond what I was scheduled for. Technician was helpful and also efficient."
"Medical experience is very good. Security team has absolutely NO respect for ppl. I was treated like a liar about my park ticket. That's how they made me feel. I told them yes, ppl lie, but I'm not the one! My ticket was comped cause my appt, so no park pay. When I pulled up, put my ticket in, it said $4. Well no its not, there was NO security ppl out there to help. They were all in a room just right to the exit standing there after I had honked my horn 3 times and cars were piling behind me. Finally a person came out and I told her that it says $4 for my ticket for my appt today. ( I've been going there for over 9 yrs, I know how things work around there. ) I told her I don't have $4 and some of my appts are always $3 anyway, and some are $0. This visit was a visit, I told her the person to speak to on the 2nd fl that would verify. She told me that they could take my license and they would bill me for it, as if she didn't hear anything I had just told her. This was about 3 times this happened, even after I suggested all she had to do is radio up there and ask. Nope they couldn't do that. I know they damn can, that's what those radios are is to move ppl from one place to another and get info from other places in the bldg. I asked for a supervisor, he says the same thing. So I started questioning myself, am I stupid? I know they told me up there that my parking fee today would be $0, I know I heard right. So they had me park again and walk allllllllll the way in there again and go back up to re-verify what they could have done in a click of a button. I'm handicap, so me having to walk up again is excruciating painful.! They didn't have to be like that, they were so very wrong! And they're lazy also!"
"I was very disappointed in my experience withe old facility. As soon as I open the door the whole place smells like urine and it's very dirty. The doctor talked to me for maybe a total of 2 minutes and wasted my whole day and money, especially with me being disabled and financially strap. I wasted money I did not have coming down there. I will stay home and die before I will ever come back to your house place."
