"Irresponsible and Disrespectful: Avoid Dr. Haq's Office My experience at Dr. Haq's office was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite having a scheduled appointment at 1 pm, I was left waiting for over two hours with no explanation or apology for the delay. To make matters worse, when the nurse finally attended to me at 3 pm, it became apparent that Dr. Haq was nowhere to be found and wouldn't be back for several more hours. The nurse's attempt to simply brush off my concerns by suggesting I continue with old medications and reschedule was not only unprofessional but also indicative of the office's disregard for patients' time and well-being. It's unfathomable that a doctor would leave patients waiting for hours without any consideration or communication. Dr. Haq's blatant disregard for his patients' time and health is utterly irresponsible and disrespectful. It's evident that he holds himself above his patients, displaying a concerning lack of empathy and professionalism. If you value your time and expect to be treated with basic respect, I strongly advise against seeking care from Dr. Haq or his office."

"The level of customer service, professionalism and com, and competency in basic phone etiquette leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend pursuing care here of any kind especially when they are unable to address phone calls in a timely and professional manner. I called several times and each time I was placed on hold the moment the phone was picked up and left on hold without speaking to anyone for an extensive period. When I was able to get a hold of some I was transferred and placed on another rather long hold. Feeling like the call had been forgotten I called back and had the same thing happen. After getting to speak to someone about the services I was inquiring about they transferred me after not being able to provide the answer. Again I was placed on another long hold. Finally, I spoke with someone to give it another attempt only to be told conflicting information. This time they do not offer the service, although I was previously told they do and it's stated on the website. There are other who need these jobs and can do a better appreciating them. I understand that work can be stressful and busy but there is just a better way to handle things. If you don't like the job move on. But this may be a reflection of leadership as well. I don't appreciate my time being wasted."
