"I would give zero stars if I could. The blonde headed nurse working in the minute clinic is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She has no business working with people. She is unprofessional and rude. She doesn’t listen to you or your complaints, she only cares about testing for Covid and sending you on your way. She acts like she knows everything (even tried to tell me one of my medications causes migraines, I have had migraines for 40 years, I know what my triggers are and it is not a medication I have only been taking for a year) and the patient know nothing. Today’s visit there were 3 people in the room with me with no explanation why. My health concerns were not listened too. I was tested for strep and Covid and on paperwork it says they suspected I was around someone with Covid. I said no such thing. I told them I tested myself at home and it was negative. I had a virus that is turning sinus infection. I was basically told I do not know what a sinus infection is. I was told my throat was not even red after test were negative, even though I was told it was and that is why strep test was being done. I know my body and I know when I need an antibiotic but nothing I said was listened too. I had concerns about a painful cut on my leg and was completely ignored, when I asked about. Any small talk was completely ignored. Like I was talking to the wall. While the rude nurse was showing the other nurse how to use the computer, I checked a text message from my child and was told to put my phone away like I was in school. First of all they were not talking to me or I wouldn’t of had my phone out. Even after being told to put my phone away they didn’t address me for another 5 min at least. I will never go back to this minute clinic and I have never met a more rude or unprofessional nurse. She has no business working with people. Also my blood pressure was high but she tried to put me on cough medication known to increase blood pressure and I DO NOT EVEN HAVE A COUGH. I am so glad I already made an appointment with my regular doctor this week because the visit to minute clinic was a waste of time and effort. Paperwork says the rude nurse is Heather Christian. If she is a blonde woman then that is her but I had 3 people Another female with dark hair and a male nurse. Both seemed to scared to talk around the rude PA and as Instated before there was no explanation why I had 3 people in the room. Update: my regular dr is now giving me a steroid shot and an antibiotic shot and take home antibiotics because he actually took the time to check me out, listen to me and look at the infected and inflamed spot on my leg. Also because I had to wait a few more days it has all started moving into my chest."
"Took my 10yr old daughter in yesterday due to her not feeling well. We were seen rather quickly but the nurse wasn’t very kid friendly. My daughter is shy and gets anxious around new people, the nurse was rather harsh with her. I understand this isnt a pediatrician’s office but not all children are comfortable or even able to express their health concerns. We most likely won’t visit this local again. Update: she also misdiagnosed my daughter and now my entire family has strep. She even tested for strep but was too inpatient to wait for the results. Just assumed it was going to come back negative."
"I made up an appointment for my mom for tb test, the next day we came to the clinic, blonde nurse said they don't do the blood test there,so we paid 59$ for for the requset she gave us to the Guest clinic to do it, I asked her how much exactly would the test cost at Quest clinic, she said it would be up to 60 $ more. Surprisingly,in Quest clinic price turned out to be 340$. Eventually, we came back to the Minute clinic, asking to refund us 59 $ we paid for request we didn't even use, blonde nurse acted rude and impolite arguing with my husband, not apologizing at all, disappointing service!"
"A week ago, I was in this place, the NP, who treated me looked like an army soldier, she cared more about the mask than about providing quality medical care. She doesn't have, good treatment. I told her that I felt bodily discomfort, that it hurt under my ribs, in the lower back, that I had dizziness and my stomach felt swollen, she sent me a cbc, I told her that I thought that It was my kidneys and she told me no, but she couldn't tell me about my pain either... Today I had to go to another place in an emergency and they found blood in my urine, and they ordered a culture... Anyway, You have to take people's health more seriously, and not just see a business in front of their noses!! I don't plan to go to this place anymore. It is the headquarters of the minute clinic, a white, American Lady, a little thick... She, the captain of bad medical attention!"
"First of all, Ms Miles is amazing and so caring. Unfortunately you can’t choose who to see when scheduling an appointment so I ended up twice with the blond female. She clearly doesn’t want to be there, not even talking about how incompetent she is. I came in for ear pain, including my throat starting to hurt. She only looked in my ears for a second, not even in my throat and sent me away telling me nothing is wrong with my ears. I really appreciate Miles but I can’t take a chance to get seen by her again so I won’t be back."
