"So I will say we have always had a super duper hard time with usually getting a exam on my son with ASD but this is the second time my son seen this doctor and he takes time and has patience. 5 stars to the doctor today"
"I have visited this urgent care a hand full of times for small things without incident. However, this past week I made an appointment online 2/8/24 and was present and checked in prior to my appointment time yet was not called back to an exam room for nearly an hour. When inside the exam room I sat inside the room for an additional 20 minutes without my vitals or history being taken. I finally stepped out to go to the restroom and inquired in how much longer since I had been checked in for over an hour with no attention, not even vitals, not conducive of URGENT CARE. The provider “Jeff” I believe came into the room introduced himself and inquired on my symptoms. I answered his questions, as well as offering information on past visits treatment plan. Jeff inquired on what medication typically works for me and it was given with the understanding that is what he would be treating me with. I came in with pretty basic uti symptoms and it’s common to be treated with antibiotics emphatically while awaiting confirmation. At discharge the tech also confirmed the medication would be sent to my pharmacy. Yet the medication was not sent, after making 3 phone calls the next day with hold times exceeding 30 minutes to speak to a live person. I eventually was told that the provider didn’t document his plan (unfortunate) nor was he working that day to verify. The only offer to treat me for my nearly 2.5 hours office visit the day before was to return and see a new provider for something I was already charged for. I vehemently refused to do that. I am symptomatic and without treatment on the main reason for my visit. I advised the office manager whom didn’t have a clue or interest in patient satisfaction that this was improper patient care and immoral to ask me to pay for another visit to address the issue. There was a promise to reach out to the medical supervisor to get input and call back. Well needless to say I never received a call and nor did medication get sent. I will file a formal complaint with medical board and insurance. I’m gravely disappointed in the overall attention and negligence in my care. This is unacceptable and not safe practice for medical treatment. The 2 stars given was because the office staff is typically pleasant however that doesn’t compensate for bad care."
"Great staff. Dr. Valez and his nurse. Even the front desk staff are absolutely amazing. Very caring, they don’t talk down to you as a patient and provide the utmost care even after a long shift. Probably the best urgent care clinic I’ve been to."
"This staff is amazing they're all very caring and super attentive. I will definitely be recommending them to other for use! Roni checked me, made me laugh, and helped with my insurance paperwork, Sulma came back and checked my vitals she was a peach! And finally, Dr. Jeff Vales was excellent through his questions and deeply understanding! Love the crew, and if I have a problem, I know who to call!"
"Everyone was very friendly. The NP listen to what I had to say and answered any questions that I had. My 9yr old son came in with asthma problems and took care of it. She also told me to call if I had any problems. I LOVE this urgent care, you are in and out without any problems and still feel well taken care of."
