Your stuff will be stolen and you will be overcharged for living in a tiny section of the house. Stay away. Not worth your time, money or safety."

"This place is a slum. Roach and bed bug infested. Your thing will be taken. Food eatten. If you can avoid this place or any other properties this company owns. As the new property manager has no problem getting wasted and telling the tenants off."

"When I stayed there it was full of cochroches. Add on top of that TINY rooms that were half the size of a jail cell, the owner provided one refrigerator for an entire building. 15 people had to share two showers and one fridge. If you wanted a private fridge and AC, you had to buy them yourselves and pay $15 a week extra for using them. I stayed there, had untold amounts of things stolen by the people that were allowed to live there. If you want to stay there, I have one word to say: DON'T!!!!!!"
