"If I could give them negative stars I would… I’ve been here awhile now. I started with Jeremy Schmidt but since he left I have had zero wants to come into the office. Administration is the worst experience I’ve ever had… they are unorganized, do not call back, don’t inform you of any changes. Just all around terrible place. None of the other doctors are true diabetes educators they do not care about you. They don’t know much. Jeremy Schmidt was the glue that held this place together."

"The doctors are great, cutting edge and aggressive with treatment. The front desk and appointment setters leave much to be desired. I've never been able to speak to anyone when I call. It's usually 30 minutes or longer before a call back. When asked why there is a lack of communication, it's deferred back to the doctor. Horrible service. If you can find a front end staff that can actually answer a phone and provide accurate service, you're better off."

"I love this place! Dr. Guerrero has helped me with all of my problems and answers all of my questions. His medical assistant Brianna Garcia is always a big help at each appointment I have. She is professional, nice, and a very fast worker. I am always in and out from my appointments. Jasmine Campos is very great with answering the phones and working around my schedule. 10/10 will recommend."
