"Called to see if my insurance was in network with them. Rather than them run my insurance over the phone they told me I had to come in for a consultation, drove an hour, filled out a long packet containing sensitive information just for them to tell me they didn’t take my insurance and it would be 350$ Unsure as to why they couldn’t check with the insurance before coming in but I’ve never run into an issue like such in the past with previous doctors offices."

"For 8 months everything was wonderful with these people, until the day the insurance did not cover the entire consult fee. The day before the appointment i called BCBS and asked what the problem was with that visit they didn't cover fully but they said i had no patient responsibility to pay. So i went to the appointment but when I got there they asked for the money. End of the month, Thanksgiving Wednesday, i didn't have the balance to pay for it. But i said "why don't we reschedule for 12oclock and i come back with the full pay".."no, we close at 11 today sir to only open Monday after Thanksgiving...(screw you). In other words..(Nevermind you been a patient of ours for over 8 months....we rather loose you as a patient if you go somewhere else because of $80, we know you need us).Stunk as blackmail...give us the money or you will get sick without your meds!"

"Moved to the san Antonio area about 6 months ago.Ladies upfront are always very polite and helpful as the nurses and doctors are also. Happy I found such a great place to be treated. Highly recommend"
