"From securing an actual appointment time online, to intake and in-office specimen testing with Chelsea and the final diagnosis with Afroz, I was so impressed. I immediately called my husband post-appointment and bragged about the experience. Despite my health issues, the staff exponentially added to an already bright, clean clinic (so much hand sanitizer was used), with plenty of seating and an immediate prescription-send to my local pharmacy (which is also a CVS). Even while sick, I can say it was an outstanding experience."

"Wait time was ridiculous. We made an apt and came when the ap said to checkin. We waited one hour for the intake person to check blood pressure and run a strep test. We waited another hour plus before we were seen by a practitioner. If they cannot see people in a timely manner they should not show available apt times. More than 2 hrs wait is terrible and we will never be back to this location."

"Went here cause I was sick and my dr office was booked til next week. Told her my issues and she basically brushed it off. Didn't look inside my mouth or check my ears like normal exams do. I end up going to urgent care next day to find out my ear and throat were swollen and red. Don't waste your time and money at CVS just to be ignored. Go somewhere else where they actually listen to your concern and can help you feel better."

"Horrible son was only in Dr office for 30 seconds and was told they could not help him. This is unacceptable but you took my payment. How you make a call and come back with you can not help."

"Terrible experience & service. This is my first time writing a review & not even worth 1 star. My daughter got 1 HPV shot covered by insurance at Walmart & this time I took her to Minute Clinic to get the final HPV shot. As every time , I gave my insurance card to Jenny Choi; FNP to check my eligibility. She said ok & tried to input insurance info to her system. She tried many time saying the connection is not going through but still perform the injection telling me no worry, it’ll be all covered. 2 weeks later the bill of 261$ come to my house. I came to remind her & she said call & talk to ur insurance, I dun know, I don’t have anything to do with it, I finished my job alr. I tried to call Minute clinic & to put the claim so my insurance can pay for it. Everytime I call, it’ll be 1 hr to 3 hrs for a single call. I’ve been made 10 calls to Minute clinic & insurance in the last 2 months & bill has come 2 times overdue still nothing to be settled. I got vaccinations many times alr & all got covered & this is the first time making me so exhausted chasing them to settle the bill of 1 shot of HPV which my daughter & I got 4 shots earlier w/o any problem. Please stay away from this lady & the clinic for a worry free experience."
