"The receptionist worked calmly. The two nurses worked quickly and carefully. I'm a foreigner and have language problems. However, the doctor in charge understood my condition correctly through a telephone interpreter. Doctors and nurses came to check on me many times during the necessary procedures. The nurse prepared a blanket for me. The doctor monitored my recovery and explained my future care using a translator. Rather than standing and looking down on them, they talk to patients and their families from the same perspective. I am glad that this clinic was my first hospital visit after coming to America. thank you for helping me."
