"Front office staff/receptionists are extremely unprofessional, unfriendly and rude. I’ve called several times regarding appointments for family and concerns that we have and they just don’t seem to care. I had one refuse to even put a message in to the doctor, I had keep asking her to if she could just send the message to the dr to see what the Dr says. Front desk staff also shouldn’t be giving medical advice as far as which medications to use and what not, unless they identify themselves as medical providers, which she didn’t. We pay for the doctors knowledge and recommendations, not the front office staff. Doctor was great, office staff the compete opposite. Makes me sad my grandma has to deal with these people"

"I was referred to see Dr. Rolando due to an ingrown toenail and infection that I had. I had already had to remove my (right) big toe nail back in 2007 and was left with some nail which was painful. Not only did he treat that the problem, I had originally gone for but he also ended up fixing the other toe. Since I frequently get ingrown toenails from cutting them too short and just the way they grow (curving inwards), I decided to let him just remove the other toe nail and not only was it less painful then the first time but healed quickly and with no other issues. Defitnetly recommend to others. The staff were all so friendly, made me smile, made me comfortable, professional and treated me so well. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I was able to make an appointment right away, wait time was less than 10 minutes, procedure was painless and the lobby and other parts of the office were very clean. This office is very well maintained and just loved the staff and Dr. Rolando was also very informative and took great care of me!! Thank you so much for everything."

"Went for my for my three month check up. Dr. Melton and his staff are on the ball. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Which in my opinion is outstanding. They do not overbook patients I have been to some doctor's where you have to wait three hours just to get in to see him or her. Dr. Melton works fast and listens to you. His is staff is always friendly and professional. I am so glad I finally found a good podiatrist."
