"First time visitor and I experienced a well streamlined operation. Everyone knew their roles in the facility and gave detailed instructions to me as well as detailed answers to my questions. After several visits, I would like to amend my review. I have two complaints, neither of which involve the facility itself. The first complaint deals with the patient portal. It allows you to do many things, but sending the provider a message or requesting a refill is impossible. The form requires a provider name, but anything you put in the field results in 'search returned no records'. I tried the browser on my computer and my phone. This results in requiring the patient to call the facility and have them pass along the information. If the features worked, it would cut down on the number of calls the facility has to deal with on a daily basis. The other complaint I have is the number of times I'm requested to confirm an appointment and do a pre-checkin even though I've already done that. Totally unnecessary."
"Great doctors, second to none, like Dr Shannon Lopez. But I'm pretty sure it's easier to pass a kidney stone than it is to get a specialist referral without direct intervention from the PCP, even if it's a specialist you see regularly for a problem you have on file that's fully covered by insurance."
