"They have no respect for their patients time and their communications system is the worst. We were told our appointment was at 1230 and to be in at 1200. Then we received a call we’re we were told our appointment was at 1200 and to be in at 1115. We arrived at 1100. The procedure was scheduled for noon. After 3 hours of waiting the procedure started 200pm 2 hours late which means the total wait time was 5 hours for something that should have been 2 hours"

"I came in for a procedure. The whole clinic was extremely professional and caring. I was treated priority by everyone who was part of my visit. The staff was nice, friendly, and caring. If I could I would give them 10 stars but google only allow 5 Max. Dr Shroll was amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better Dr and clinic. ❤️❤️❤️"

"If you gotta have a colonoscopy this is the place. Recommended to me by the VA. Excellent. Friendly receptionist, female surgical crew friendly and respectful. Anesthesiologist soothed me into lala land. Dr Manino you and excellent. Thank you for making the dreaded colonoscopy very normal event."

"Worst place ever,m where they train their staff to lie to patient to collect fees upfront. They told my wife that is she paid for it upfront it will be cheaper then going through the insurance. They we get a bill from our insurance company. Now the Dr is claiming that the facility charged us for their fee, and that this was the Drs bill. We have tried to deal with this facility to collect our money back, and ask them to run it through the insurance and they are refusing it. I would give them a negative STAR if there was suck thing"

"I want to first say that Mark came out to the waiting room and explained things to us and was very nice... He was the best part. The receptionist (I believe her name started with an "S") was fairly rude and showed zero emotion. My wife ended up waiting an hour past her appointment time just to go back. To me this is totally unacceptable... Especially when people are already taking 4-5 hours out of their day to be here. Just from simply observing (with no internal knowledge) I could see multiple areas in need of process improvement. Facility would benefit greatly by reducing patient cycle times."
