"Been coming here for years, turn over rate for PAs is insane. I saw Sarah Davidson who rescheduled my appt originally due to her not being available then finally was able to schedule an appointment and SHE wrote my prescription wrong and Dr Marcos is out of the office for a WEEK. She is fully aware of her mistake and has no urgency to adjust a new prescription. The front desk receptionists particularly Adriana lack any customer service skills and wait times for someone to pick up the phone are extremely long!"

"Very disappointed. I added this clinic as a pcp because it was in my insurance network. I haven’t had my annual physical in two years so I set up an appointment. When I went in, they gave me referral letters and another appointment ??? When I asked the front desk lady she told me that THAT was not my physical appointment but she didn’t bother to explain me anything else. Since this type of visits are preventive I didn’t know they will charge me. They sent me a bill of $131 dollars and when I called to ask why they told me that THAT appointment was sonly to “establish my relationship with their clinic”. Why I get charged for that??? I just wanted my physical annual checkup which is 100% covered by my insurance. So I did cancel my next appointment and I won’t be back again. Now I have to go find another doctor for my physical annual check up (again) :-("

"I received a call from the clinic to make an appointment for my yearly exam. So I did but when I came in, the PA told me that my physical exam is not due and I’m scheduled in 2 weeks. I took off work for this and instead of doing my physical today because this is their error, she told me to come back. When I clarified this with the front desk people, instead of accommodating me, they were coming up with all kinds of excuses. This is not the first time something like this happened to me @ Marcos Medical. I do not have a choice now but to change doctors. This is horrible service."

"Please hire more front desk personnel. Wait and hold times are ridiculous. We have to call multiple times because we’re on hold for more then 10, 15, or 20 minutes at a time! Its not okay for your front desk (Beatriz) to ask a patient to have people send in resumes because you’re short staffed. Management - please do something about this! We love our NP (Sarah Davidson) but the front office staff is horrible and it’s probably because they’re drowning. Please give them the help them need!"
