"Dropped my insurance provider, never told me or updated me and ended up having to find out the day of my appointment. Very hard to believe that they couldn't have notified me in the time span that they dropped the insurance and my appointment date. Incredibly disappointing"

"Best PCP I’ve been too. Dr. Maloy is knowledgeable, has great incite into todays changing medical advancements. First time I went I had an issue with a referral not being sent but all I had to do was follow up. I’ve had that issue with other PCP’s as well so hard to hold it against them. If you truly need patient care you have to follow up instead of complaining. Others have complained about referral not going to Dr. Martinez. I never had that issue. Dr Martinez is a great doctor and I’m so lucky that Dr Maloy was the one who referred me to him. At the end of the day we are all human, things fall thru the cracks. Must FOLLOW UP! Thanks Dr Maloy!"

"One of the worst doctors offices I’ve been too. Both times that I have been there the wait time was at least 1 hour from my scheduled appointment time. I was scheduled for 9:45 and was seen at 11:15. They are always “running behind”. The office charges before being cared for. I was told to follow a treatment plan but after 3 months of following the treatment plan and hardly any results, doctor prescribed more of the same medication. I felt agitated and dismissed when waiting for nearly 1.5 hours to be prescribed more of the medication that hasn’t shown any results, in 5 minutes. Doctor mentioned surgery in first appointment but didn’t follow up in the 3 month check up. Will not be returning."

Front staff clinic is always friendly & helpful. The waiting time is never outrageous & it’s always super clean. Plus - Dr. Maloy is great - Always makes time to chat to know you. I don’t feel rushed out during appointments. I appreciate that the experience feels very personalized. 100% recommend ! :)"
