"They turned me away while I had Covid symptoms and told me good luck finding a clinic. Not only that their hours state 9am they really didn’t open up until 930. If you’re thinking of using this place for a pcp, don’t!"

"I take my 3 children to Royal health clinic. We always have a great experience. They always make sure to take time with my children to make sure that they are receiving the care that they need. I definitely would recommend you take your children to this clinic."

"This office was the worst practice I’ve ever encountered. This nurse practitioner refused to see my son because he was birthed at home and refused to see my husband because his insurance headquartered in OK. She wants cash only patients and truly doesn’t care about your well being, experience or health concerns. It’s best to stay far away from this office. The receptionist felt so bad for my husband and I she helped us get scheduled at another office and apologized repeatedly to us. That was the only light/ 1 star worth giving."

"If I could give “0 stars” I would. The doctor here said she wouldn’t be my newborns pediatrician because we did a home birth. Okay, no problem. But we needed our son treated for upper respiratory issue and she made us wait over an hour to try to get us to leave. They don’t accept walk ins and I can’t imagine they actually get that busy looking at the few available rooms. The doctor has awful bed side manner and seems like she’s after cash. She even refused me yesterday and whispered to the receptionist “I take BCBS of Texas but I don’t know about BCBS of Oklahoma… just charge him like $75 or so and see if he pays then I’ll see him.” Couldn’t make this up. We are not the only patients to complain about this doctor and I would never leave a bad review on a good doctor “just because”. I understand this could slightly tarnish her reputation but I’m more so concerned for any other parents that want to bring their children there. Expect an unwelcoming experience if you go here!"

"I went to the clinic a few times. Office staff is always courteous and professional. Dr. Patience takes her time to listen and her treatment is always on the mark. She also distributes baby formula to families in need. I have no complains."
