"I was seen on time, which was very nice. My first time to see a cardiologist and was a little anxious but Erica W and Ramon did a wonderful job of explaining every step and put me at ease. Dr Garza was also great. Saw me promptly, and with his teacher’s heart explained our plan. I feel assured that I am under the best care."

"It is easy to see why this location has 2.1 stars. I went for my first appt on 10/24/22 and walked in to an overcrowded office. The receptionist was wearing a mask pulled down below her nose. She did not do a temperature check which is now standard in most medical facilities. Without looking up she said "Sign in and go sit down". I said that I had not received an appt reminder and had called several times to confirm the date, waiting for over 5 minutes each time. She gestured as though it wasn't her problem. I said I wouldn't ever be coming back. 3 days later I tested positive for Covid-19. As heart patients are in the high risk category for Covid 19, this poor example of patient management with over crowding and no temperature checks shows a flagrant disregard for patient safety. Do the doctors at the Sonterra location even know what's happening in their own office? One star is being generous."

"I waited a long time to get my testing done. The doctors office also failed to mention that I would have to pay for third party services. The customer service is just unprofessional."

"This was my first visit today to this office to see Dr. Kuri. I ended up waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes in the waiting room. One patient came in and said they didn't have appointment and were seen before me. Once back in a room, the nurse was nice but ended up waiting another hour to see the dr. While talking with the dr., there was a knock at the door and a lady interpreted us to talk to the dr about ANOTHER PATIENT in front of me and during my time with him. SO FRUSTRATING. I was there for 2 hrs. and 15 minutes."
