"I expected just to do a pregnancy test not only that I sat and cried and felt really comfortable to express how I felt to the lady (didn’t catch her name , pretty curls black woman ) with warm conversation not about (baby decision )but about life and she genuinely cared I can’t help but thank her enough with so much resources this place is 100000/10. If your planning on not keeping the baby 100% sadly this would not be for you cuz this place is amazing with motivations !"

"Would give this place a Zero just due to customer service. They say they will contact you with appointments times and dates. And yet the recipient states she called and did not leave message but other lady states they did leave me voice message. The inconsistencies here lacks. They are completely rude and disrespectful. I have spoke to over 5 different pregnancies agencies and seemed to have appointment difficulties but this one by far the worst. They fail to help you and will just refer you to one of the lowest agencies they possibly have. Don’t chose this place. They have nothing to offer except bad customer service. Don’t waist your time with this place. They will not be happy with you if you call them out on being wrong… they will just frustrate you to your limit. They have not received a positive review in over a year. That says a lot… Sadly"
