"I do not know why the negative reviews. I can only convey my experiences. They are always professional, attentive, knowledgeable and caring. Everyone from the desk staff to Dr Anderson have been everything I want in a pcp. Even the PA is very good. Dr Anderson spends as much time with you as necessary and listens to your issues and responds accordingly. Very pleased. A+++"

"Horrible place, it was great back when they were Family home but ever since they switched to Wellmed the human touch, the service and care are out the door you are just a number. The receptionist are rude, request to speak to office manager are ignored and office manager never returns calls or email. Dr’s are always too busy to see you so expect to see a nurse. Do yourself a favor and stay away. I would give ZERO stars if possible."

"COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME—I switched to a new insurance so I scheduled an appointment with them to establish care with a physician. I scheduled an appointment for February 2023 back in December 2022. I went to the appointment in February and they told me that they the appointment availability never existed. They told me they have a third party call center schedule the appointment, so they have some random stranger look at the calendar and pick a date and time for you. It turns out that the availability never existed in the first place. Of course, no one took accountability and they rescheduled me for April. On the day of, they called me to get some information before the appointment and I verified that it was on that day at the time I had been given. I showed up and they told me that my appointment was at 1:30 instead of 2 and that the doctor could no longer see me. I told them that I had spoken to someone on the phone that morning who had confirmed the time of 2pm. Crickets. No one said a word. The next available was for May. Don’t waste your time here."

"Horrible experiences, appointments get delayed, referrals don't get put in, you have to call multiple times and it still doesn't get done even though they tell you it has been submitted. Different departments don't communicate with each other and tell you to talk to someone else. So frustrating when trying to get a screening and they keep screwing with you. DO NOT GO HERE!"
