"I got appointment from Center For Women's Health. I have waited more than 1 month for the appointment and then they changed my appointment place to other branch. Although it is far from my home i have accepted. During the phone call they asked about the insurance information and i gave all related information and i have completed check in online before the appointment time. When i went to the appointment she asked for payment before the exam and i paid it. I have waited exactly 1 hour and when i asked, she said there will be 1 more patient. I got off from my workplace and went there and waste it. It shouldn't be that hard to see a doctor. I wanted refund and this visit will be my first and last visit there."

"They refused to see me because I had just started my period. There was no previous disclosure that this would be an issue and most doctors say that at least other parts of the women’s wellness exam can be conducted while on your period.I wanted to at least get a breast exam done but they refused and told me I would have to pay extra just for the breast exam. I will not be going back here."

"Dr. Lu was very nice, comforting and professional. I really appreciated her being there and she made the experience very pleasant. She as cheerful and helpful, and made me feel at ease. The receptionist was also wonderful and helpful. The nurse I had on the other hand was very unpleasant. She acted like she was far too busy for me, and she seemed annoyed with everything she had to tell me. Based off my experience with her, I was unsure if I chose the right office, but once the doctor came in everything improved 10 fold."
